The STRATUSstaff way
STRATUSstaff is built around small teams of three that we call PODS. Three people should operate as a team, share information, support each other, and collectively take responsibility for results. We care about how you work as much as the tasks you complete.

The career opportunity
STRATUSstaff is not designed around keeping good people on the same basic task forever. We want people capable of taking increasing ownership.
Someone might begin by supporting operations or delivery. Then learn a CRM or platform. Then own a process. Then help manage a client or project. Then become a POD Leader. The exact path depends on the person and the opportunities available.
We cannot promise where that path leads. What we can offer is an environment where initiative, learning, reliability, and leadership are noticed. We especially want people who invest in themselves.

Who we’re looking for
You do not need to know every platform we use. You do need to communicate, learn, and follow through.
- Strong written English and clear professional communication
- Previous professional work experience
- Reliable remote setup and solid computer / research skills
- Attention to detail and personal accountability
- Ability to work independently and inside a small POD
- Willingness to learn tools you do not already know
Backgrounds in software, WordPress, BPO, operations, VA work, CRM, ecommerce, design, project coordination, or similar remote roles are valuable. Our goal is to find people who can grow from remote professionals into specialists, project owners, and leaders.
