The STRATUSstaff way
STRATUSstaff is built around small teams of three that we call PODS. Three people should operate as a team, share information, support each other, and collectively take responsibility for results. That means we care about how you work as much as the individual tasks you complete.
If you see something that needs attention, we want you to think about it — not simply decide that it is not “your task.”

Who we're looking for
You do not need to know every platform we use. You do need to communicate, learn, and follow through. Professional experience across software, operations, CRM, ecommerce, content, or related remote work is valuable.
- Strong written English and clear professional communication
- Previous professional work experience
- Reliable remote setup and solid computer / research skills
- Attention to detail and personal accountability
- Ability to work independently and inside a small POD
- Willingness to learn tools you do not already know
The career opportunity
STRATUSstaff is not designed around keeping good people on the same basic task forever. We want to identify people capable of taking increasing ownership — from supporting a workstream, to owning a process, to helping lead a POD.
We cannot promise where that path will lead. What we can offer is an environment where initiative, learning, reliability, and leadership are noticed. Our goal is to find people who can grow from remote professionals into specialists, project owners, and leaders.

Important before applying
Our screening and onboarding process is intentionally detailed. Following the process is part of the assessment. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate the professional environment, communication skills, equipment, internet connection, and attention to detail required for serious remote work.
