STRATUSstaff is looking for ecommerce professionals who want more than endless catalog tickets. Work across real stores, learn modern platforms, and grow into owning processes and client outcomes inside a POD.
What you could work on
Depending on your skills and the projects available, your work could include:
- Store administration and storefront management
- Product, catalog, category, and merchandising work
- Apps, integrations, and order workflows
- Customer operations and content updates
- Troubleshooting and launch QA
- Documentation for repeatable store processes
- Coordination with developers on custom work
- Process improvement across ecommerce ops
BigCommerce experience is highly valuable; strong experience on comparable platforms counts too. You are not expected to know every app on day one.

Who we're looking for
Ecommerce platform experience, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving matter. Organized people who leave the store better than they found it thrive here.
- Strong written English and clear professional communication
- Previous professional work experience
- Reliable remote setup and solid computer / research skills
- Attention to detail and personal accountability
- Ability to work independently and inside a small POD
- Willingness to learn tools you do not already know
- BigCommerce or comparable ecommerce platform experience
- Comfort with catalogs, apps, and operational ecommerce tasks
- Calm troubleshooting when something breaks mid-cycle
The career opportunity
Someone might begin on catalog and ops support. Then own a store workstream. Then become the specialist clients rely on. Then help lead ecommerce delivery in a POD. Learning new platforms and documenting process is how you become more valuable.
