Careers / Project Manager
Project Manager
Can you take an objective, organize the people and work required, and drive it through to completion? We're looking for Project Managers who operate in fast-moving remote environments — leaders and operators, not management for management's sake.
What you'll own
Project management here means creating progress — not maintaining a decorative task list.
- Turn objectives into clear plans, priorities, and owners
- Coordinate distributed teammates and keep expectations explicit
- Track deliverables, spot blockers early, and follow up without being asked
- Run communication so clients and the POD stay aligned
- Document decisions so work survives handoffs and time zones
- Protect quality while still moving the timeline forward
- Drive projects through completion with visible, measurable progress
What we look for
We hire for ownership, calm under ambiguity, and people who make teams more effective.
- Experience coordinating people, priorities, and deliverables (remote preferred)
- Comfort with modern project tools and clear written English
- Ability to see problems before they become late surprises
- Initiative — you lead from the front and keep work moving
- Habit of documenting status, decisions, and next actions
- Comfortable balancing people, process, and delivery pressure
How we work
You join a small POD with clear ownership — not a giant org chart. Work stays visible in Basecamp, and delivery beats theater.
Small PODs
Technical, creative, and ops skills sit together around one outcome.
Async-first
Write it down in Basecamp. Updates are clear without endless meetings.
Ship, then improve
Working systems first. Polish and documentation follow close behind.
