Software Developer (Junior)

What you'll work on
You get handed a problem, research it, experiment, and come back with something that works.
- Contribute to websites, APIs, integrations, automation, and AI-related projects
- Investigate technical objectives and move toward working solutions
- Communicate progress clearly and take responsibility for finishing work
- Learn new technologies quickly as project needs evolve
- Write readable code and leave enough notes for the next person
- Debug patiently — logs, docs, and small experiments before big rewrites
- Pair with PMs and senior builders inside a POD when the work needs it
What helps you stand out
Professional experience helps but isn't required for every candidate. Demonstrable ability matters.
- Practical knowledge in web development, APIs, WordPress, JS/TS, PHP, Python, C#/.NET, databases, or AI/automation
- Can solve problems independently and research technical issues
- Have built actual projects (portfolio, GitHub, or work samples are a plus)
- Clear communication and ownership of outcomes
- Comfortable asking focused questions after you've tried first
- Hungry to improve — not waiting for a perfect ticket before starting
