We're expanding a team that creates and manages professional digital profiles for an international portfolio of talent — authors, entrepreneurs, executives, speakers, creators, and industry leaders. If you can research someone, understand their story, and turn that into a polished digital presence, we want to hear from you.
What you'll own
This role combines research, content, digital media, and careful profile management.
- Research talent and map their professional online presence
- Build and maintain digital profiles with accurate, polished information
- Organize websites, social links, content, and visual assets
- Prepare profile copy and review work for quality and consistency
- Manage multiple talent profiles without constant supervision
- Keep source material tidy so updates are fast and trustworthy
- Flag gaps or inconsistencies before they go live
What we look for
You don't need every platform we use. You do need to be resourceful, organized, digitally capable, and able to learn independently.
- Background in digital content, VA work, social media, research, Canva/design tools, or profile/account management
- Excellent written English, research skills, and attention to detail
- Good visual judgment and pride in polished professional presentation
- Able to receive an objective, research independently, and own the finished result
- Comfortable juggling multiple profiles without dropping quality
- Calm, discreet handling of personal and professional information
